Below, I introduced the fabulous 1522 Contemporary Boutique. However, I forgot to mention “Cupcakes & Champagne.” The owner, Christine, enjoys delighting her client in a tasteful way. All were welcome to attend this after-hour event. Guests were allowed to purchase clothing and accessories too! Formal patio tables with white table cloth were set outside for guests to enjoy the treats and to make them feel extra special and VIP. ’Like‘ 1522 Boutique on Facebook and don’t miss out anymore events like this.

New Orleanians are adamant about the proper terminology for this historical means of transportation. It is not a “trolley”. It is the historical street car. It only costs $1.25 to ride. The drivers are friendly, the seats are adjustable so you can face your friends and family, and the windows are able to go up for a better view. Tourists love to save a spot on their agenda for a ride on the streetcar to get the best view of New Orleans.
